How do I secure a beach umbrella in the sand?

To secure a Sunday Supply Co. Beach Umbrella in sand, bury the pole 30–50 cm deep. Use the included sand spade to dig the hole, position the pole, refill the hole and compact the sand firmly around it. Always take the umbrella down in strong or changing winds.

Our Beach Umbrella poles are 32mm in diameter.

This style work really well with all standard bases that we know of.

We recommend a simple weighted concrete or steel stand/base - typically purchased from your local hardware store.
